South Fulton and Atlanta Fire crews responded to a large fire at Atlanta Custom Iron Works overnight near Six Flags and the Fulton Ga County Airport early morning on Sep. 13, 2022. The types of materials stored in the warehouse, like propane tanks, paint, and oxygen, caused explosions and what Lt. Eric Jackson with South Fulton Fire called an “all-consuming” fire that destroyed several business.
