Warranty

Our products are warranted for two years from the Date of Purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. Planck Vision Systems will remedy a breach of this warranty either through repair or replacement of any affected product.  Customers must register their product for this warranty to be in effect.


Warranty does not apply to products that: (1) contain missing or altered serial numbers; (2) have missing housings or tampered packaging or casing; or (3) have defects or performance problems caused by third party accessories, parts or components. Planck Vision Systems does not provide any promise or warranty of error-free operation under all conditions, but we are committed to working with our customers to achieve the best possible performance of our systems.  

For repair/replacement requests, please complete an RMA form.  You will receive an email confirming receipt of the request and providing return instructions.  If the camera is known to be Out of Warranty, our Support team will contact you with the cost for your approval before work is done.
